I have a fast metabolism- that's only an average of 400 calories, but also my appetite is very low. I still exercised and my body looked the same, so I didn't notice my BMI went from 18.3 to 16.6 (12 Lbs). Long story short: After graduating in May, I stopped lifting (no more free gym and sports).
